For account, purchase, accessibility, or puzzle help, email support@ultramurdle.com or use Support in the app after signing in.

Include your platform, app version, a short description, and—only if useful—screenshots you choose through the system photo picker. Never send a password, authentication token, full payment-card number, or government ID.

Account deletion

Use Settings → Delete Account in the app. If you cannot sign in, follow the account deletion request instructions.
