Account Deletion Request
Use this page if you need to delete your Ultra Murdle account or request deletion when you cannot access the app.
Delete From The App
- Open Ultra Murdle.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Account Deletion.
- Follow the confirmation step to delete the signed-in account.
Deletion is permanent. Your unused Hint Token balance and all paid clue and full-answer unlock history are forfeited and cannot be restored.
Request Deletion By Email
If you cannot access the app, email support@ultramurdle.com with the subject line:

Include the email address used to sign in. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, or unrelated private information.
What Is Deleted
Deletion revokes Sign in with Apple when applicable and removes the RevenueCat subscriber, Firebase Auth account, progress, badges, wallet and reveal history, support attachments, public ranking, remote sync data, and linked analytics identity. Firebase Auth is deleted last so the server can finish authenticated cleanup.
What May Be Retained
A non-reversible HMAC tombstone is retained for 90 days only to stop delayed purchase webhooks from recreating a deleted wallet. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other processors may retain transaction, refund, tax, dispute, fraud, or security records when required by their policies or law.

يمكن حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق عبر الإعدادات ثم معلومات حذف الحساب. إذا لم تستطع الوصول إلى التطبيق، أرسل طلبا إلى support@ultramurdle.com مع البريد المستخدم لتسجيل الدخول.
لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو أرقام بطاقات دفع أو وثائق هوية أو معلومات خاصة غير مطلوبة.
يلغي الحذف تفويض Apple عند استخدامه ويحذف مشترك RevenueCat وحساب Firebase والتقدم والشارات والمحفظة والكشوف المدفوعة ومرفقات الدعم والترتيب العام وبيانات المزامنة وهوية التحليلات. تُفقد رموز التلميح غير المستخدمة نهائيًا ولا يمكن استعادتها. تبقى بصمة HMAC غير قابلة للعكس 90 يومًا فقط لمنع إعادة إنشاء المحفظة بسبب إشعارات الشراء المتأخرة.
