Accounts

A completed Firebase account and detective profile are required to play. Progress, badges, Hint Token balances, paid clue and full-answer reveal history, optional leaderboard standings, recommendation activity, and account lifecycle data are linked to that account. Legacy guest storage exists only to import earlier local progress after sign-in. The app keeps temporary local cache data for offline use. You are responsible for securing your credentials.

Gameplay

Ultra Murdle is a logic-deduction murder mystery game. Case content, clues, badges, progression, and puzzle packs may change as the app is updated or new content is released.

You may not attempt to disrupt the app, abuse backend services, bypass purchase or token logic, or interfere with other users' access.

Purchases

Hint Tokens are consumable digital items used to reveal locked clues or the full case answer. Full-answer reveal marks a solve as assisted and excludes clean-solve rewards. Mobile purchases use Apple or Google in-app purchases through RevenueCat. Direct card payments are not used in the mobile app.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their store processes. Support can help investigate missing token grants or purchase issues, but store refunds are controlled by the store where the purchase was made.

Termination And Deletion

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion permanently forfeits unused Hint Tokens and removes paid clue and full-answer unlock history; these consumable benefits cannot be recovered. A non-reversible deletion tombstone may remain for 90 days to prevent wallet recreation, and store processors may retain records required for refunds, taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, security, or law.
